Korean Spring BBQ is at 1062 Kiely Boulevard, in a strip mall behind a 7-Eleven. Diners choose between old-school charcoal and gas grills at the table, which is a choice a kitchen does not offer. The San Francisco Chronicle names prime ribeye, spicy marinated pork and thinly sliced beef tongue among the cuts, places the restaurant in Santa Clara's Koreatown and records more than a decade on that block.
