Two 1916 apartment buildings raised for the neighborhood's Finnish community and recognised as the first purpose-built non-profit housing cooperatives in New York State. They were listed on the National Register of Historic Places on May 20, 2019.

Both are occupied private cooperative apartment buildings, so only their exteriors can be seen.
