Antique Snowmobile Museum

The Antique Snowmobile Museum, adjacent to the Northern Timber Cruisers snowmobile club's clubhouse, describes itself on its own site as holding "the largest collection of antique snowmobiles in the northeast," including Polaris, Arctic Cat, Yamaha and Ski-Doo models. Curator Steve Campbell follows his father, Earlan B. Campbell, who the site says "was instrumental in working with the early Polaris prototypes," much of that testing having occurred locally in the Millinocket and Allagash region.
