Bantam Lake

Connecticut's largest natural lake at roughly 947 acres, used for sailing, ice boating, freshwater fishing and ice fishing. The boat launch is reached via East Shore Road off Route 109, with parking limited; the protected northern end is managed by the White Memorial Foundation, based in neighboring Litchfield.
