Blacklock Soho

The first Blacklock, at 24 Great Windmill Street in Soho. The group says it was born from a love of the traditional chophouse — cuts of meat left attached to the bone for the flavour it adds — and it runs big chops at butcher's prices on Mondays and a roast on Sundays.
