F Cooke's Eel, Pie and Mash Shop was added to the list on 5 October 2018 at Grade II, NHLE 1458716. Two further pairs of shophouses are Grade II: 75 and 77 Broadway Market, NHLE 1084333, listed on 16 October 1973, and 79 and 81 Broadway Market, NHLE 1084334, listed on 4 February 1975.
