The Church of St Andrew stands on Totteridge Village, N20 8PR, and is Grade II listed as NHLE 1064837. It is an active parish church, in the Diocese of St Albans rather than a London diocese, a survival of Totteridge's Hertfordshire status before 1965. History

The Grade II listing was made on 1 February 1950 and amended 7 April 1983; the barn to the north-west is separately Grade II, NHLE 1359112, listed 7 April 1983. Grade II houses on the same lane include Totteridge Park, NHLE 1064825, its former stable block, NHLE 1064826, the walled garden, NHLE 1064827, and the well to its west, NHLE 1192320. The Totteridge conservation area, designated by the London Borough of Barnet in 1970 and amended in May 2008, covers roughly 1.75 sq km. Totteridge & Whetstone Underground Station is 1,445 m from the church, Woodside Park 1,854 m and High Barnet 2,101 m, all on the Northern line.
