City Hall at the Crystal

City Hall stands at the Crystal, Kamal Chunchie Way, E16 1ZE, on the north quay of the Royal Victoria Dock beside the London Cable Car's north terminal, so the seat of city government for the whole of London is in Newham. What a visitor has here is the dock quay and the cable-car terminal alongside; no source states its opening hours or any public right of entry, so none are given here.
History
WilkinsonEyre designed the building as The Crystal, a Siemens exhibition centre on sustainable architecture, and it opened to the public in September 2012, with Perkins+Will handling the later fit-out. It was rated LEED Platinum and BREEAM Outstanding. The Greater London Authority moved in during January 2022, completing the move in the third week of that month, and the building has been London's City Hall since. Royal Victoria DLR, naptanId 940GZZDLRVC, is the nearest station, and the London Cable Car stop Royal Docks, 940GZZALRDK, crosses to Greenwich Peninsula.
