Eighth on Golf Digest's 2025-'26 Best in State ranking of Kansas courses, labelled "Public" — the highest-ranked Public course on the list, since the seven courses ranked above it are all Private. Designed by eight-time PGA Tour winner Jim Colbert with architect Jeff Brauer, it opened with an invitational pro-am on April 30, 2000, fielding Jim Colbert, Lee Trevino, Raymond Floyd, Annika Sörenstam and Manhattan native Deb Richard. Home to the Kansas State University men's and women's golf teams and used by the university as an environmental research and turf management facility; also home to the First Tee of Manhattan and the Earl Woods National Youth Golf Academy. Par 72, 7,525 yards, rating 77.50.
