The hotel's FAQ answers the question a visitor actually has — "Is your restaurant open to the public? Yes! Craftsman Kitchen and Terrace is open to the public. We recommend making a reservation." No opening hours are published here: the restaurant's own site advertises weekday lunch from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM while the hotel's own FAQ says it runs "no regular lunch service except through Crafted Carryout," and both pages were read on the same day.
