The historic district covering the residential blocks of flats and cottages. It was designated under Article 10 of the San Francisco Planning Code by Ordinance 66-03, adopted on 18 April 2003.
History
The Irving M. Scott School at 1060 Tennessee Street stands inside the district boundary.
