History
Per the Town of Egremont's own Parks page, French Park in North Egremont is "the Town's most notable recreation area, covering 144 acres," with its main entrance on Prospect Lake Road; the page lists tennis courts, a Little League field and softball field, a children's playground, a dog park, a horse riding ring, a pavilion, a bandstand, pickleball and basketball courts, community and pollinator gardens, and a roughly 2.5-mile trail network.
