143 acres of oak-hickory forest with Bebbington Brook running through the western third. Hartford lawyers Abraham R. and Samuel H. Friedman donated the land in 1987 under a deed requiring it be held as a nature and wildlife preserve open to the public for walking, hiking and observing.
