Gallaghers Steakhouse

Gallaghers is on West 52nd Street between Broadway and Eighth Avenue, a block from the theatres. Its dry-aging locker is window-fronted onto the sidewalk, so the beef hangs in view of the street, and the steaks are grilled over hickory coals.
