Gibsons Italia

Gibsons Italia is the group's Italian steakhouse on North Canal Street in the West Loop, three levels with two fireplaces and a retractable roof over the river and the skyline. Chef José Sosa runs handmade pasta and risotto alongside the prime beef.

History

Opened in October 2017 as the Gibsons Restaurant Group's first downtown room in more than a decade.
