Hard'Ack

Hard'Ack Recreation Area is a municipal facility of the City of St. Albans, Vermont, operated by the city's Recreation & Parks Department, whose office is based at the Greg Brown Lodge on the site, per the city's own website. Located at 179 Congress Street, St. Albans City, Vermont, Hard'Ack includes the city's public pool, referred to on the city's site as "the City Pool at Hard'ack Recreation Area." Hard'Ack's rope tow and tubing hill are listed as still operating in the New England Lost Ski Areas Project's roundup of currently-operating small areas and in Wikipedia's list of Vermont ski areas.
