History
The Henniker Historical Society's museum is located at 51 Maple Street, housed in the former Henniker Academy building constructed in 1836, per the society's own website. The museum features "a topographical diorama of the Contoocook River through downtown Henniker" and is open Thursdays 10 AM-2 PM and the 1st and 3rd Saturdays 10 AM-1 PM, or by appointment, per the same source.
