A hotel at 500 Sargent Drive, New Haven, 5.05 road miles from Yale Golf Course, in Marcel Breuer's 1968 building — raised as the corporate office and research and production facility for the Armstrong Rubber Company, bought by Pirelli Tire in 1988, by IKEA in 2003 and by Becker + Becker in 2019, and opened as a hotel in 2022.
