History
The restaurant traces to Miami Beach in 1913, when Joseph and Jennie Weiss opened a casual dining spot that became known for stone crab. A partnership between the founding family and Richard Melman's Lettuce Entertain You in 2000 carried the name to Chicago, Las Vegas and Washington.
