Julien's Bakery

Owner Julien Tessier, a French-born and French-trained pastry chef who cooked in high-end London restaurants, was named Pastry Chef of the Year by the Connecticut Restaurant Association in December 2025. The Bank Street location opened March 2026, open seven days with indoor seating; the original farm shop at the Valkyrie Equestrian Center is open Thursday-Sunday.
