Manhattan Beach Jewish Center

An active Orthodox synagogue and community centre founded in 1922 as Congregation B'nai Israel of Manhattan Beach and renamed in 1962. Its 1952 Bauhaus-modernist building was designed by Jacob W. Sherman.

History

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places on May 26, 2015 under reference number 15000266. The congregation's own site carried scheduled events for August and September 2026.
