The Metropolitan Grill occupies the Marion Building at Second Avenue and Marion Street downtown, a building that dates to 1903. Steaks are custom dry-aged and seared over mesquite charcoal, and the beef runs from USDA Prime out of Double R Ranch to American wagyu from Snake River Farms and Japanese A5.
