The Mission Branch Carnegie Library at 300 Bartlett Street is San Francisco Landmark No. 234, designated in 2004. The branch is closed for renovation, and the library service runs from a temporary location at 1234 Valencia Street, open Sunday 1 to 5, Monday 10 to 6, Tuesday to Thursday 10 to 8, Friday 1 to 6 and Saturday 10 to 6.
History
The building stands on a corner and the city's own records give it a second address on 24th Street; the San Francisco Public Library, which operates it, uses the Bartlett Street address. A book-drop closure notice dates the renovation to at least October 2022. The branch telephone is 415-355-2800.
