A Recreation and Park mini park of 0.21 acres at 480 Upper Terrace, on the hilltop of the same name.
History
Adolph Sutro gave the statue Triumph of Light, which stood on the summit. The statue is lost and its pedestal remains. Trees and buildings now block the view from the summit.
