Papi Steak

Papi Steak is at 736 First Street in South of Fifth, created by David Einhorn and David Grutman, with velvet booths and a tomahawk carried through the room as a presentation. Every cut of beef is hand-selected and aged in the operator's own climate-controlled facilities, and the group's other room is in Las Vegas.
