Powder Hill Dinosaur Park

A small, free town-owned park on Powder Hill Road preserving fossil dinosaur footprints in the local sandstone, discovered during 1846 stone excavation for the Beseck Dam — a low-key counterpart to the better-known trackways of the Connecticut Valley.
