About 47 acres of large freestanding Colonial Revival, Tudor Revival and Queen Anne houses built from 1899 to Dean Alvord's plan. The houses are private residences viewable only from the street.
History
Designated a New York City landmark on February 8, 1979 under LP-0979, and listed on the National Register of Historic Places on July 21, 1983.
