Ragged Mountain Memorial Preserve

Traprock cliffs from 20 to 60 feet, among Connecticut's premier rock-climbing terrain, including the well-known "Running Man" face. The 51-mile Metacomet Trail runs the length of the ridge; the Red Dot Trail is the easiest route to the summit. Held under a conservation restriction with the Berlin Land Trust.
