Riker–Lent–Smith Homestead and Cemetery

A house and cemetery that Wikipedia describes as "a historic house and cemetery in the Steinway and East Elmhurst neighborhoods of Queens in New York City," published under the address 78-03 19th Rd., East Elmhurst, New York. It is also recorded as the Lent Homestead and Cemetery, and as the Abraham Lent House.
History
The earliest part of the house was built by Abraham Riker in the mid-1650s, under a patent from Nieuw Nederland's last governor, Peter Stuyvesant, and the building carries additions of 1729. Wikipedia says the house "is believed to be the oldest remaining dwelling in New York City still used as a residence," and elsewhere that "the house is the oldest known existing residential structure in Queens."
