The Chicago Smith & Wollensky is a two-story building on North State Street with the river underneath it and a seasonal patio outside. USDA Prime steaks are the menu, Wollensky's Grill runs on the lower level, and the restaurant will take you through the dry-aging room and the butcher shop on request.
