A restaurant at 211 North First Street, in the North Loop neighborhood, which the chef Gavin Kaysen opened in November 2014 as his first restaurant. It was named 2015 Restaurant of the Year by Food & Wine and Best New Restaurant by Bon Appetit, and was a 2015 James Beard Award finalist for Best New Restaurant.
