The Grill occupies the Seagram Building dining room on East 52nd Street, an interior the Landmarks Preservation Commission designated in 1989 and Major Food Group reopened in 2017 with Philip Johnson's 1959 design intact. Prime rib is carved from a trolley wheeled to the table, beside classic steaks and chops.
