Several of the pale stone-coloured prehistoric animal sculptures sit low on a grassy island across the water of the lower lake, a long-tailed reptile on a slab at the left and a bulkier crouching beast at the centre with its reflection in the brown water. Summer growth and a big spreading cedar close the island in behind them under a blue sky with white cloud.
