Bowers Covered Bridge

A 1919 laminated-arch covered bridge, one of only three known bridges in Vermont built this way, rebuilt after Hurricane Irene.
History
Built in 1919, Bowers Covered Bridge has a laminated-arch deck covered by a post-and-beam superstructure, one of only three known bridges in Vermont built with this method; it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on August 28, 1973, according to Wikipedia's Bowers Bridge article. The bridge was swept from its foundation by Hurricane Irene in 2011 and was rebuilt and reopened in 2012.
