Founded in 1968, the society keeps the town's local-history collections, genealogy files and photographs, and hosts the annual Festival of Crafts each November at Whisconier Middle School with about 40 juried crafters. Museum open Saturdays noon-4 p.m. Phone (203) 297-4692.
