The three-floor apartment and studio on piazza di Spagna where Giorgio de Chirico lived and worked, kept as he left it and open on guided visits. The Fondazione gives the days as Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and the last Sunday of the month, closed Wednesday, with visits guided and a maximum of fifteen people per slot; tickets are 8 euro full and 5 euro reduced for under-18s and over-65s, free under 12, paid at the house on the day of the visit.
History
The Fondazione's own account records that de Chirico settled here in 1948, at the age of sixty, and spent the last thirty years of his life in the apartment.
