Plataforma is a churrascaria on West 49th Street in Hell's Kitchen. The rodizio service carries skewers of picanha, sirloin and lamb through a large room, and the beef is carved straight onto the plate.
History
The group's Tribeca site closed at the end of 2013, according to Tribeca Citizen's report of the closure; the West 49th Street room is the one that remained.
