History
Colburn Park originated in 1792 when the land was donated by Robert Colburn as the site of the community's meeting house, and the surrounding 12-acre district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986, per Wikipedia's Colburn Park Historic District article, citing the National Register of Historic Places nomination.
