County Hall stands on the Lambeth bank at the east end of Westminster Bridge. Its main block is Grade II* listed, NHLE 1358192, listed on 19 October 1951. No source states opening hours for the building, so none are given here.
History
Several separate Grade II entries surround the main block: about 250 metres of river wall with 19 lamp standards immediately west, NHLE 1080571; a balustrade with five lamp standards immediately north, NHLE 1300588; and a pair of K6 telephone kiosks outside, NHLE 1249708 and NHLE 1263628. Westminster Bridge is Grade II listed on the Lambeth bank as NHLE 1066172, and the South Bank Lion at the east end of the bridge is Grade II listed, NHLE 1068742. Lambeth North is 463 metres away, Waterloo 486 metres and Westminster 557 metres.
