History
The Grade II* listing was made on 30 May 1978 as list entry 1064228. The garden walls to the north are separately listed Grade II, NHLE 1359411, and the walls, gatepiers and gates to the south are Grade II, NHLE 1294778, both listed on 17 December 1980. The house gave its name to the Frognal district of Sidcup and to Frognal Avenue. Sidcup station, served by Southeastern, is 1.8 km away.
