Gene & Georgetti is a River North chophouse on North Franklin Street putting prime aged steaks beside Italian dishes and chicken Vesuvio. The dining room has been on this corner a long time and the family still runs it.
History
Established in 1941 by Gene Michelotti and Alfredo Federighi, nicknamed Georgetti, according to the city's own visitor listing, and still operated by the Durpetti family.
