Golders Green Hippodrome

The Grade II listing was made on 23 October 1973. Bertie Crewe built it in 1913 as a 3,000-seat music hall serving north London and the new Northern line extension to Golders Green. The BBC took it over in the 1960s as a television studio and later used it as a radio and concert venue. It became an evangelical church building in 2007, was acquired in 2017 by Markaz El Tathgheef El Eslami, the Centre for Islamic Enlightening, and was bought by Hillsong Church in October 2021.
