The operator describes cottages "designed by Patrick Kirkland with Kirkland & Associates Architecture," with interiors by Vicki Decker of New Blue Home and Gift, full kitchens with quartz countertops, a wine fridge, ice maker, Nespresso coffeemaker and washer/dryer, a separate king bedroom and a tiled shower, and two Adirondack chairs facing the course and the Toccoa River.
