#37 of 40 on Golf Digest's 2025-'26 ranking of the best golf courses in Georgia, rated 3.6 by 10 panelists and labelled "Public" — the first entry in that countdown a visitor with no membership, resort booking or host can play. Eighteen holes above the Toccoa River on a 420+ acre property, credited by the operator to "Jack Dredla, Dan Proctor, Dave Axland, aka Bunker Hill" and by Golf Digest to "Dan Proctor/Dave Axland." Nine holes opened in 2015 and the design was finalized in 2020; 300 feet of elevation change, zoysia fairways and bentgrass greens, par 72 at 6,700 yards from the tips and 4,500 from the forward tees, with a double green shared by holes 14 and 16.
