Hitchcock-Phillips House

Built in 1785 by merchant and town clerk Rufus Hitchcock and headquarters of the Cheshire Historical Society since 1972. Holdings include an overmantel painting of Cheshire's center made around 1810, the Medal of Honor awarded to Eri D. Woodbury, and 1880s Cheshire Watch Company pocket watches.
