The House of Prime Rib is a prime rib room on Van Ness Avenue at Washington Street. Roasts of beef are wheeled to the table on stainless carts and carved to the thickness you ask for.
History
Joe Betz bought the restaurant in 1985 and ran it for four decades; he died in 2025 at eighty-six.
