Mura Aureliane: il tratto da Porta Pinciana a piazza Fiume

The stretch of the Aurelian Walls that runs east from Porta Pinciana as far as piazza Fiume, following Corso d'Italia, which was laid out along the outside of it. The walls are the southern edge of the quartiere here, with the rioni Ludovisi and Sallustiano on the far side. The named stretch to the west of Porta Pinciana, the Muro Torto, is in the rione Campo Marzio. No source states whether this stretch can be visited, so nothing is given here.

Porta Pinciana was enlarged by Honorius in 403.
