An eight-sided house at 2645 Gough Street. It is San Francisco Landmark No. 17, designated in 1969, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on 23 February 1972, reference number 72000250. No source states its opening hours or admission, so neither is given here.
History
The two registers name the same building differently: the city's Article 10 schedule calls it the Colonial Dames Octagon House, the federal record the McElroy Octagon House.
