Palazzi dell'INPS a Piazza Augusto Imperatore
Historic site · Campo Marzio, Italy
The three buildings that close the north, east and south sides of piazza Augusto Imperatore around the Mausoleum of Augustus.
History
it.wikipedia gives the design to Vittorio Ballio Morpurgo, in rationalist style, laid out around the mausoleum with the Ara Pacis museum on the west side. Roma Capitale records that the square was closed on three sides by the three new INPS palaces, enriched with colonnades, bas-reliefs and mosaics.
