The Regent's Park

The Royal Parks records over 120 species of bird in the park each year, 5,000 varieties of tree, areas of wild meadow, historic grasslands and a breeding population of hedgehogs. The park lies in the City of Westminster; Primrose Hill, which The Royal Parks manages together with it as one operational unit, lies north of the Regent's Canal in Camden. The Nash terraces around the Outer Circle are listed at Grade I in their own right: 1-43 Clarence Terrace is NHLE 1357311. Regent's Park station, on the Bakerloo line, serves the park, and Baker Street, carrying the Bakerloo, Circle, Hammersmith & City, Jubilee and Metropolitan lines, serves its south-west corner.
